How We Work:
In working with clients, our aim is to resolve presenting concerns in as efficient a manner as possible. Our skill in brief focused therapy enables resolution of most concerns within a small number of sessions (often 3 -8). We draw from a variety of clinical practice models, including cognitive and dialectical behaviour therapies, interpersonal and psychodynamic therapies; and solution focused, narrative and systems therapies. Through strong alliances with our clients we believe that helping them recognize their strengths and develop options for themselves is key to them resuming personal competency and well being in their lives. We also provide the option of longer term therapy for those clients who are interested in more extensive personal exploration.

Fees
Our fees are set as recommended by the Psychologist's Association of Alberta fee schedule.
Coverage
Most companies have extended health care insurance plans that provide full or partial coverage of psychological services. We do not require a referral from your doctor but your insurance plan might have this requirement.
