The aim of Martin & Luckhurst Therapy & Consultation Services is to resolve your concerns. Pamela’s skill in brief, focused therapy enables resolution of most concerns within only a few sessions (often 3-10). Pamela also provides longer-term therapy for clients who are interested in more extensive personal exploration.
Pamela will collaborate with you to find the links between your thoughts and your behaviour, physiology, emotions, and ultimately, your reactions. She may also assign you between-session “homework,” which is very important for successful treatment.
Our fees are set as recommended by the Psychologist's Association of Alberta fee schedule.
Most companies have extended health care insurance plans that provide full or partial coverage for psychological services. Martin & Luckhurst Therapy & Consultation Services does not require a referral from your doctor, but your insurance plan might have this requirement.
